Our courses serve as a stepping-stone to course specific pathways at college in various vocational areas or even employment. On our courses, learners will develop Maths and English skills and will be required to complete these whilst gaining a qualification. Learners will also develop life skills in a supportive environment and improve their social skills and ability to work with others.

Alongside the development of your English and Maths, we complete 3 main phases on our Entry 3 Foundation Course. Phase 1 - Initial assessment, Student welfare, Mind-set, Teambuilding, Assignment guidance, Organisation and Enrichment. Phase 2 - Vocational assessment period (2 core and then choice of units) Phase 3 - Next steps - Preparation for Level 1, Employment support and career guidance.

This programme has no formal entry requirements but you should be able to work at Entry Level 3 and meet college demands and standards of learning.

Students who compete this course commonly move onto the level 1 Progression Pathways course, or employment.
