Are you thinking about a future working in education? Do you want to work with children and young people of all ages?�Our Level 3 T-Level in Education & Early Years�will give you the foundation you need to set you on the path towards your ideal career.Focussing on working with children aged 0-19, the T-Level qualification combines learning in the classroom with gaining vital �on-the-job� experience.Year one will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of key topics such as supporting education, child development, safeguarding, and working in partnership. You'll also explore Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) and develop a range of hands-on skills through your placement.The Early Years pathway is designed for those interested in working with children from birth to 5 years old in settings like day nurseries, nursery schools, and reception classes. You will learn how to support children�s development, plan educational activities, and address their physical, emotional, and social needs. This pathway prepares you for roles in early years education,� you gain a license to practice, and is a stepping stone to become a Primary School Teacher.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

You will be assessed through written and practical examinations, employer projects, group work, presentations and analysis. You will also be observed and assessed in the workplace.

Entry requirements

You'll need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including maths and English Language and�in subjects that are relevant to the course you'd like to study.

This course will boost your employment prospects by offering hands on experience through a work placement in a real-world setting. This practical experience will prepare you for immediate employment in early years roles, such as Nursery Nurse, Family Support Worker, or Early Years Educator.
