It includes a mix of theory and practical training, covering health and safety, vehicle construction, basic panel and trim repairs, damage assessment, and preparation for finishing. The course is designed as a starting point for careers in vehicle body repair. Workplace and essential skills Health and Safety in the Workplace, and Tools, Equipment and Consumable Materials for Vehicle Maintenance. Vehicle Accident Repair and components Vehicle Damage Assessment Minor Panel Damage Repairs Introduction to Metal Preparation Panel Removal and Refitting Vehicle Welding Techniques Remove and Replace Interior and Exterior Trim Vehicle Cooling, Exhaust, Steering, and Braking Systems?
