Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery (C&G)

The Level 2 Joinery course is an ideal next step for individuals who are passionate about woodworking and eager to enhance their existing skills in this trade. Building on foundational knowledge, you'll master advanced techniques in cutting, shaping, and assembling wood to create components including roofing and stairs for both domestic and commercial buildings. With a strong focus on practical experience, you'll spend extensive time in the workshop, honing your craftmanship and learning to use professional tools safely. The course also covers industry standards and workplace safety.

Completion of Level 1 Carpentry and Joinery along with minimum 2 GCSEs grade 1 or above, ideally in Maths or English or Entry 3 qualifications along with interview prior to enrolment.

Completing this course opens doors to further education, Apprenticeships or a career in joinery.
