Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care

This diploma equips learners with advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to provide high-quality care and support to adults in various settings, including residential care homes, domiciliary care, and community support services.

This Level 4 qualification�is specifically for those working with adults in a health and social care setting.�It is particularly relevant for senior care/support staff, front line managers, assistant/deputy managers, team leaders, area domiciliary care managers and senior day care workers. Assessment is through observation of performance in the workplace, knowledge and understanding you show through written/oral questioning and assignments and an e-portfolio of supporting evidence is also collated.

A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care would be an advantage. A good level of English and maths which will be assessed at the information, advice and guidance session. Also to be in a work role to support the level of the qualification.

Progression with career and specialist qualifications in health and social care. Further progression on to higher education for the health and social care sector. Options will be discussed with you by your assessor/tutor.
