This course offers a Level 3 technical qualification that will provide learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress into skilled employment or higher-level technical training or study in the legal sector.

The core knowledge and understanding will be assessed through an examination and core skills through a practical employer-set project. The occupational specialism in the second year will provide an opportunity to pursue either of the following routes Legal services assistant - business, finance and employmentLegal services assistant - crime, criminal justice and social welfare

Five GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including English, Maths and Science.
